These Terms should be kept in sync with the Privacy Policy and with the actual subscription products and prices configured in Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Real Dreams ("the App") provides a dream dictionary, a dream journal, and optional AI interpretations for entertainment and personal reflection only. Nothing in the App, including AI-generated text, constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in it is a prediction of the future. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions. If you are in crisis or feel you may harm yourself, contact your local emergency services or a local crisis line right away.
The App includes an optional AI interpretation feature. After you give explicit consent in the App, and only when you request an interpretation, your dream text, interface language, selected mood, up to 6 dictionary symbol notes, and an anonymous device id are sent from our own server to Mistral AI, a third-party AI provider, which generates the written interpretation. See the Privacy Policy for details. Dreams can be very personal: do not include names or identifying details that you do not want processed.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this feature. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use it with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the AI feature, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The rest of the App (dictionary and journal) has no such age restriction.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Free users can request 1 AI interpretation per day; Real Dreams+ subscribers have a higher daily limit.
You agree not to use the App to harm, harass, or defraud others, not to abuse or try to circumvent the daily limits, and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's content for redistribution.
Real Dreams+ is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual), processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store (never by us directly), with purchases validated via RevenueCat:

The App's design, original text, and code are owned by its developer. The dictionary content is adapted from a public-domain work; our adaptation and the App itself may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Your own dream entries remain yours.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that dictionary entries or AI-generated interpretations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the AI feature will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including decisions made based on its content.
We may update these terms as the App evolves and will update the "Last updated" date above accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
